YOGURT PANNA COTTA WITH LEMON AND KIWI

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
1 sachet unflavored gelatin
1 cup whole milk
2 cups vanilla or plain yogurt
A big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 kiwis
Directions
DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl pour gelatin powder, add hot water and stir to dissolve.
2. In a saucepan, boil milk over low heat and set aside.
3. Mix hydrated gelatin with milk until completely integrated.
4. Add Vainilla Molina Clear, yogurt, lemon zest and stir.
5. Pour mixture into individual glasses or molds.
6. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until well set.
7. Decorate with kiwi slices!
