STRAWBERRY SOUFFLÉ

2 cups strawberries, stems removed
1 tbsp sugar
A big splash of Vainilla Molina
3 egg whites, at room temperature
Directions
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180 °C / 350 °F.
- Wash and disinfect strawberries and mash them to a smooth puree.
- Add sugar and Vainilla Molina. Set aside.
- In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Pour strawberry puree into egg whites and mix with folding motions.
- Divide mixture into ramekins.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until soufflés are lightly golden.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Enjoy.
