Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

    2 cups strawberries, stems removed  

    1 tbsp sugar   

    A big splash of Vainilla Molina  

    3 egg whites, at room temperature

     

Directions

DIRECTIONS

    1. Preheat oven to 180 °C / 350 °F.
    2. Wash and disinfect strawberries and mash them to a smooth puree.  
    3. Add sugar and Vainilla Molina. Set aside. 
    4. In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. 
    5. Pour strawberry puree into egg whites and mix with folding motions. 
    6. Divide mixture into ramekins.
    7. Bake for 25 minutes or until soufflés are lightly golden.  
    8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. 
    9. Enjoy.
