    • 3 eggs 

    • 1/2 cup flour   

    • 2/3 cup refined sugar   

    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter   

    • A splash of Vainilla Molina Blend 

    • 1/3 cup whole milk   

    • 4 tsp baking powder   

    • 6 strips red quince paste 

    • 6 strips green quince paste 

    • 6 strips yellow quince paste 

    • Small Baby Jesus figurines

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 180 °C / 356 °F and grease a cupcake pan. 

    2. In a bowl, beat melted butter and sugar on low speed until you get a creamy texture.    

    3. Add eggs and beat until integrated.   

    4. Add a splash of Vanilla Molina Blend and mix again at low-medium speed.   

    5. Pour in milk while continuing to stir until all ingredients are well integrated.   

    For crust: 

    6. To make your dough, beat flour, powdered sugar and cubed butter. 

    7. Stretch dough and cut same size as cupcakes molds. 

    8. Fill cupcakes molds 3/4 of their capacity, put figurines in some of them and cover with more dough. 

    9. Bake for 20 minutes.   

    10. Remove from oven and let cool to room temp. 

    11. Top cupcakes with quince paste strips. 

    12. Enjoy!
