MARBLED CHEESECAKE BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS
2 cups chopped dark chocolate
1 ¼ stick butter, cubed
1 cup sugar, divided
4 eggs, divided
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups softened cream cheese
1 cup pumpkin puree
A big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear
Chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 ºF.

Grease and line a square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving 2 sides overhanging.

Place chocolate chunks and butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Stir constantly until both are melted completely. Remove from heat.

Add 2/3 cup sugar, 3 eggs & sour cream. Stir to combine.

Stir in flour and cocoa powder.

Add a big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear and mix again. Set aside.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar.

Add pumpkin puree & remaining egg. Beat again.

Add a big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear and mix again. Set aside.

Pour chocolate mixture over prepared baking pan and smooth layer.

Add alternate layers starting with pumpkin-cream cheese, then chocolate and then finish with a pumpkin-cheesecake layer.

Use a skewer to create a marbled effect.

Sprinkle chocolate chips and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool in pan for 1 hour.

Cut into squares and enjoy!
