Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

    2 cups chopped dark chocolate  

    1 ¼ stick butter, cubed   

    1 cup sugar, divided  

    4 eggs, divided 

    1/4 cup sour cream  

    1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour  

    1/4 cup cocoa powder  

    2 cups softened cream cheese  

    1 cup pumpkin puree 

    A big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear 

    Chocolate chips 

Directions

DIRECTIONS

    1.  Preheat oven to 350 ºF.   

    1. Grease and line a square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving 2 sides overhanging.  

    1. Place chocolate chunks and butter in a saucepan over low heat.   

    1. Stir constantly until both are melted completely. Remove from heat.  

    1. Add 2/3 cup sugar, 3 eggs & sour cream. Stir to combine. 

    1. Stir in flour and cocoa powder. 

    1. Add a big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear and mix again. Set aside. 

    1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar. 

    1. Add pumpkin puree & remaining egg. Beat again.  

    1. Add a big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear and mix again. Set aside. 

    1.  Pour chocolate mixture over prepared baking pan and smooth layer. 

    1.  Add alternate layers starting with pumpkin-cream cheese, then chocolate and then finish with a pumpkin-cheesecake layer. 

    1. Use a skewer to create a marbled effect.   

    1. Sprinkle chocolate chips and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.   

    1. Let cool in pan for 1 hour.   

    1. Cut into squares and enjoy!
