How to prep a springform cheesecake mold

How to prep a springform cheesecake mold: 

1. Place mold lid on a flat surface and cover with a square piece of parchment paper. 

2. Place mold on same paper.  

3. Cut off leftover paper. 

4. Cut two horizontal strips as wide as the height of the mold and use them to cover mold walls. 

5. Add your crust. 

6. Pour filling. 

7. Refrigerate, unmold and enjoy!
