    1 cup rice, soaked in water (the longer it soaks, the softer and easier it blends) 

    1 cinnamon stick 

    1–2 mangoes, peeled and chopped 

    1 can evaporated milk 

    ½ cup condensed milk (adjust to taste) 

    A splash of Vainilla Molina 

    Ice cubes 

    1–3 cups water (to adjust consistency)

    1. In a blender, combine rice, cinnamon stick, mango, evaporated milk, condensed milk and a splash of Vainilla Molina. Blend until smooth. 

    2. Fill a pitcher with ice cubes and extra chopped mango if desired. 

    3. Strain blended mixture through a sieve and add it to the pitcher. 

    4. Add 1–3 cups of water, depending on how thick or light you like it. Stir well. 

    5. Taste and adjust sweetness or water if needed. 

    6. Serve cold and enjoy!
