    1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

    1 cup cold milk (dairy-based)

    ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp cold water

    1 can (approx. 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

    1 ⅔ cups heavy whipping cream

    A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear

    A pinch salt

    4 ripe bananas, sliced

    1 box vanilla wafers

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, cold water, instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and well combined. Cover with plastic wrap for an hour, or until slightly thickened and chilled.

    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, a splash of Vainilla Molina Clear and pinch of salt. Whip until medium-sized peaks form.

    3. Remove chilled pudding mixture from freezer. Gently fold into step 2 mixture in two additions (make sure it doesn't deflate!).

    4. In a large dish (or individual cups), create layers: start with pudding mixture, then sliced bananas, then vanilla wafers. Repeat until all ingredients are used up, ending with a top layer of pudding.

    5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

    6. Before serving, decorate with extra banana slices and vanilla wafers if desired.
