TIRAMISU FRENCH TOAST
INGREDIENTS
½ cup almond milk
1 tbsp monk fruit
2 tbsp brewed coffee
1 egg
A big splash of Vainilla Molina
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Butter to grease pan
3 toast slices
Creamy mixture:
½ block cream cheese
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp brewed coffee
1 tbsp monk fruit
A big splash of Vainilla Molina
DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl mix almond milk, monk fruit, coffee, egg, Vainilla Molina and cocoa. Mix until well.
2. Dip each slice of toast in egg mixture on both sides and cook until golden brown.
3. Repeat with rest of toast slices.
4. In another bowl mix cream cheese, Molina Vanilla, yogurt, coffee and monk fruit.
5. Serve a slice of toast and top with a layer of creamy mixture. Repeat with the rest of the slices and finish with a layer of cream.
6. Sprinkle with cocoa and enjoy.
