STRAWBERRY COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
For cookies:
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
430 g strawberry biscuit mix, 1 box
A big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear
For frosting:
1/2 block cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, mix he eggs, vegetable oil and a big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear.
2. Slowly incorporate flour and stir with the help of a spatula until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar.
5. Preheat oven to 350 °F and line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
6. Pour strawberry cookie dough on the baking sheet. Leave space between cookies so they don't stick together.
7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the bottoms of the cookies release easily from waxed paper.
8. Let them cool on a wire rack.
9. Pour frosting over cookies and decorate with cookie crumbs or strawberries.
