Spicy Raspberry Margarita

    For drink: 

    1/3 cup fresh raspberries 

    1 oz fresh lime (1 lemon) 

    1/2 oz simple syrup 

    2 oz reposado or blanco tequila 

    A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear 

    Ice 

    For rim: 

    1 lime wedge 

    1/8 cup sugar 

    1 tbsp salt 

    1 tbsp chili powder 

    Toppings: 

    Jalapeño slices 

    Lime wedges 

    Raspberries

Directions

    1. Frost the rim of 1 glass with lime, sugar, salt and/or chili powder. 

    2. In a cocktail shaker, mix raspberries and lime juice. 

    3. Add a big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear, tequila, syrup and ice to the shaker. 

    4. Shake for 30 seconds, until completely cooled. 

    5. Add ice to frosted glass and serve the cocktail. 

    6. Garnish with a lime wedge, raspberries and a slice of jalapeño pepper.
