PINK LEMONADE FRUIT POPSICLES
INGREDIENTS
8 cups water
3 lemons, juiced
6 tbsp raspberry juice
A big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear
1/2 melon
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
Popsicle silicone mold
Popsicle sticks
Star cookie cutter
Tray for easier handling
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix water, lemon juice and raspberry juice in a large pitcher.
2. Add a big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear!
3. Cut melon into thin slices about 1/4 inch thick.
4. Using a star cookie cutter cut some shapes from the slices.
5. Cut the strawberries into medium slices.
6. Place the fruits in the molds starting with the strawberries, then the melon stars and finish with the blueberrys.
7. Insert the sticks into the molds.
8. Pour the lemonade into the molds filling them completely.
9. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
10. Unmold and enjoy!
