    For base: 

    • 2 ½ oz butter 

    • 8 oz vanilla cookies 

    For filling: 

    • 1 cup whipping cream  

    • 7 oz cream cheese, room temp 

    • ¼ cup powdered sugar 

    • A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear 

    • 2 cans mandarin oranges in syrup, drained

    For base: 

    1. Crush cookies in blender until they become fine crumbs. 

    1. Melt butter in microwave.  

    1. Mix crushed cookies with butter and then transfer mixture to a mold. 

    1. Spread mixure evenly over surface of mold to create a solid base; the firmer, the less likely the cheesecake falls apart. 

    For filling: 

    1. Use a mixer to blend cream cheese in a bowl until you get a smooth consistency. 

    1. Beat in cream and sugar, add a splash of Vainilla Molina Clear and then mix again. 

    1. Pour filling over your crushed cookie base. 

    1. Use a spatula to spread and smooth filling carefully. 

    1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 

    1. Unmold cheesecake and top with mandarin slices placed along circumference of cake

    1. Serve and enjoy!
