MAPLE AND VANILLA BAKED PEARS
Ingredients

4 D'Anjou pears

1/2 cup maple syrup

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear

½ cup almond granola

⅓ cup Greek yogurt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C / 356 °F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut pears in half and remove core and seeds with a spoon.
3. Put pears, cut side up, on baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup with a splash of Vainilla Molina Clear until well combined.
5. Pour mixture over pears, but set aside 2 tbsp of it for topping.
6. Bake for 20 minutes until pears are soft and lightly browned on the edges.
7. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with remaining maple syrup mixture from step 6.
8. Serve hot with granola and yogurt.
