    • 3 ripe mangos  

    • 3 cups natural or Greek yogurt  

    • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin  

    • ¾ cup water  

    • A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear  

    • Fruit to decorate  

    • Mint to decorate

Directions

    1. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in water and set aside.  

    1. Peel and cut ripe mangos, then place them in a bowl.  

    1. Add yogurt to mango bowl. 

    1. To achieve a perfectly smooth texture, mix all ingredients with a mixer or blender. The consistency should be puree-like 

    1. Add a splash of Vainilla Molina Clear and mix again.  

    1. Pour mousse into individual glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to compact.    

    1. When serving, garnish your mango mousse with pieces of fresh mango, grated coconut and even a bit of mango jam for an extra special touch. 

    1. Enjoy!
