3 cups natural or Greek yogurt

2 tbsp unflavored gelatin

¾ cup water

A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear

Dissolve unflavored gelatin in water and set aside.

Peel and cut ripe mangos, then place them in a bowl.

Add yogurt to mango bowl.

To achieve a perfectly smooth texture, mix all ingredients with a mixer or blender. The consistency should be puree-like.

Add a splash of Vainilla Molina Clear and mix again.

Pour mousse into individual glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to compact.

When serving, garnish your mango mousse with pieces of fresh mango, grated coconut and even a bit of mango jam for an extra special touch.
