KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients
1 large egg
A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear
¼ cup oil (neutral oil or melted coconut oil)
1½ cups almond flour
1-2 tbsp stevia (granulated or baking blend)
½ tsp baking soda
Sugar-free chocolate chips, to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together egg, a Splash of Vainilla Molina Clear and oil until well combined.
3. Add almond flour, stevia and baking soda. Mix until a soft dough forms.
4. Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips to taste.
5. Use a spoon to scoop dough and form balls. Place on prepared baking sheet, leaving about ¾ inch of space between each. Gently flatten each dough ball with the spoon to form cookie.
6. Bake for about 12 minutes or until lightly golden on the outside.
7. Let cookies cool slightly on baking sheet before serving.
