    · 1 cup hot milk

    · 1 tbsp brown sugar

    · ½ tsp ground ginger

    · ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

    · A splash of Vainilla Molina

    · 1 double shot espresso (or 60 ml strong brewed coffee)

    · Whipped cream (for topping)

Directions

Directions

    1. In a small pitcher or bowl, combine brown sugar, hot milk, splash of Vainilla Molina, ginger and cinnamon. Froth with a milk frother until well mixed and foamy.

    2. Pour frothed milk into your favorite mug.

    3. Gently pour double shot of espresso (or strong coffee) over milk.

    4. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy warm!
