2 cups grapefruit juice
1 bar cream cheese (190 g)
1 can condensed milk
6 7-g packets gelatin (previously hydrated together in 5 tbsp water)
1 grapefruit, peeled and cut into thick slices
A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear

Directions
1. Blend grapefruit juice with cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.
2. Heat gelatin microwave for 15 seconds or until completely melted, then combine with grapefruit mixture.
3. Add a splash of Vainilla Molina Clear and blend again.
4. Pour into individual molds. Let cool and refrigerate for 2.5 hours or until gelatin sets.
5. Serve and enjoy.
