Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

    1 cup evaporated milk   

    1 cup condensed milk   

    1/2 cup table cream   

    5 eggs   

    A big splash of Vainilla Molina 

    2 tbsp instant coffee   

    1/2 block cream cheese, at room temp 

    1 cup sugar   

     

    Toppings: 

    Berries to decorate   

    Cappuccino-flavored cookie wafers  

Directions

DIRECTIONS

    1. Blend evaporated milk, condensed milk, table cream, eggs, instant coffee, cream cheese and a Vainilla Molina until everything is well integrated. Set aside.   

    2. In a skillet, caramelize sugar over medium heat for 10 minutes or until it turns golden brown.      

    3. Pour caramel into flan pan and let caramel cool for 5 minutes.    

    4. Pour flan mixture over caramel pan and cover.    

    5. Place flan pan in a water bath. Water should cover half of the pan.   

    6. Cook over low heat for 50 minutes.    

    7. Let flan cool and unmold on an extended plate.   

    8. Garnish with berries and cappuccino-flavored cookie wafers.   

    9. Enjoy!
