CARAJILLO GELATINA
Ingredients
¾ tbsp unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp instant coffee
4 oz Licor 43
1 cup milk
1 cup whipped cream
3 tbsp sugar
½ cup caramel syrup
A splash of Vainilla Molina Blend
1 cup cold water
1 tbsp coffee beans
Directions
1. Hydrate unflavored gelatin with cold water and let rest for 5 minutes.
2. Once hydrated, heat in microwave for 30 seconds.
3. Add half the caramel to unflavored gelatin. Mix.
4. Add milk, Licor 43, coffee and a splash of Vanilla Molina Blend. Mix until ingredients are incorporated.
5. Serve in glasses and refrigerate for 45 minutes until gelatin solidifies.
6. In another bowl, beat cream with sugar until stiff, place in a piping bag and refrigerate until you need it to decorate gelatin.
7. Take glasses out of fridge and top each with whipped cream, caramel, and coffee beans. Enjoy!
