BERRY YOGURT FRAPPÉ
Ingredients
For berry compote:
· 2 cups frozen mixed berries
· 1/3 cup granulated sugar
· A splash of Vainilla Molina
For frappé:
· 3–4 tbsp berry compote
· 2 cups cold plain yogurt
· 1 cup ice
Directions
For berry compote:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook berries with sugar until boiling and juices are released.
2. Reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 10–15 min, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
3. Remove from heat, add a splash of Vainilla Molina and mix well.
4. Let cool completely before using.
5. Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 10 days.
For frappé:
1. Blend compote, yogurt and ice until smooth and creamy.
2. If desired, decorate glass with a bit of compote and yogurt for a marbled effect.
3. Serve and enjoy!
