Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

    Peanut butter: 

    1 tbsp almond flour 

    2 scoops vanilla protein   

    2 tbsp milk   

    1 tbsp maple syrup    

    1/4 tsp baking powder    

    1 tbsp sugarfree peanut butter + extra for garnish   

    A big splash of Vainilla Molina 

     

    Vegan strawberry:

    4 tbsp all-purpose flour 

    2 tbsp vegan-friendly raw cane sugar 

    ½ tsp baking powder 

    3 tbsp vegetal milk 

    A big splash of Vainilla Molina 

    1 ½ tbsp coconut oil   

    ¼ cup chopped fresh strawberries + extra for garnish 

     

    Keto blueberry: 

    2 tbsp almond flour   

    ½ tbsp stevia / monk fruit sweetener   

    1/4 tsp baking powder   

    1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted  

    1 egg   

    2 tbsp heavy cream 

    A big splash of Vainilla Molina 

    6 - 8 fresh blueberries   

     

    Toppings: 

    Fresh blueberries 

    Erythirol or sugar-free powdered sugar 

      

    Cheat meal chocolate:

    2 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour     

    A pinch of salt   

    1/4 tsp baking powder   

    1 tsp canola oil 

    1 tbsp sugar     

    1 egg   

    1 tbsp cocoa powder      

    2 tbsp milk    

    1 tbsp chocolate chips

    A big splash of Vainilla Molina

DIRECTIONS

    Peanut butter:

    1. Whisk flour, protein and milk in a cup. 

    2. Add maple syrup, baking powder,peanut butter, Vainilla Molina, and mix well.   

    3. Microwave for 2 minutes (the time depends on the power of your microwave).  

    4. Let cool, decorate with peanut butter and enjoy! 

     

    Vegan strawberry:

    1. Whisk flour, sugar and strawberries in a cup. 
    2. Add milk, baking powder, coconut oil, Vainilla Molina and mix. 
    3. Microwave for 2 minutes (the time depends on the power of your microwave).  
    4. Add more strawberries for garnish and enjoy! 

     

    Keto blueberry:

    1. Whisk flour, sweetener, baking powder in a cup. 

    2. Add butter, egg, heavy cream, blueberries, Vainilla Molina, and mix well.   

    3. Microwave for 2 minutes (the time depends on the power of your microwave).  

    4. Let cool, add more blueberries and enjoy! 

     

    Cheat meal chocolate:

    1. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, oil, sugar, egg, cocoa, milk, chocolate chips and Vainilla Molina.  

    2. Microwave for 2 minutes (the time depends on the power of your microwave).  

    3. Let cool, decorate with hazelnut cream and enjoy!
