4 VANILLA BUTTERCREAM FALL TONES
INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsalted butter, slightly softened
A big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear
4 cups powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp milk (as needed to adjust consistency)
Undecorated chocolate cupcakes
Food coloring
- Red
- Lemon yellow
- Leaf green
- Orange
- Chocolate brown
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat softened butter until fluffy and pale.
2. Add powdered sugar in batches, and continue beating for another 30 seconds.
3. Add 1 tsp milk and mix again.
4. Add a big splash of Vainilla Molina Clear!
5. Scrape sides of bowl with a plastic spatula so that everything is unified.
6. Increase mixer speed to medium-high and mix for 30-45 seconds more until buttercream becomes fluffy.
7. Divide frosting into 4 separate bowls and add coloring in the recommended portions.
8. Place each color in a different piping bag and decorate cupcakes.
- Burgundy:
9 drops of red
1 drop of chocolate brown
- Forest green:
9 drops of green leaf
1 drop of chocolate brown
- Yellow dandelion:
6 drops of lemon yellow
- Pumpkin orange:
6 drops of orange
